This is our beach front villa on our independent and fenced property.
Access to the creeks on foot from the house. We offer the possibility of going down to the sea directly from the house on large slabs of rock with a swim ladder to share with our family and the occupants of La Serre and L'Esquinade who are totally independent. The bottom is 10 meters.
Due to its location on a cliff, the villa is strongly discouraged for couples with young children. It offers six beds distributed in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a swimming pool.
Weekly rental only during the 2 summer months: 4700 euros
NB: In addition to the price, the tourist tax must be added: € 2.5 per day and per person.
We point out that this is our main residence that we only rent for the two summer months and on request only. We leave personal items.
All the rooms are air conditioned.
The linen is provided. Meticulous Covid disinfection.
